Started work at a supermarket 6 weeks ago. The first two weeks, she was cold, didn’t look at me and gave a cold shield. In week 3 and 4 she actually made the first move, and asked me when I finish my shift, I told her 10pm she said same and how she hates it as she has to get home late and call her mom to Pick her up at a certain train station. We spoke about the work very briefly. Week 5 she was away and when she returned I asked was it virus she said no just holiday days booked in to rest. Week 6 she’s reverted back to the cold shoulder, it started with her avoiding eye contact and looking down as she left, I was going to say goodbye but if someone doesn’t want to look, why say anything ?

Last friday, I walked in and she looked at me briefly from a distance. Lunch time as i walked in I caught her staring at my crotch and quickly averted her glance. It’s weird, whenever I go to speak she just looks away and has the cold shoulder. It leads me to thinking, perhaps what she said about her journey home was an invitation to move in ? And lack of acknowledgement from my side was interpreted as lack of attraction towards her. She looks at me when I’m not looking and completely head down when I wal past. She’s weird, no one else’s is like this at work. I’m honestly confused
