You can't.

YOu can't convince anyone to go MGTOW; they have to choose to take that path. All you can do is just dropping red pill bread crumbs.

Don't apply too much force - he might start to resent you for that.

He has to derive his convictions from his own experience, not from yours.

My advice would be to not preach the mgtow gospel. Quietly live an exemplary life as a mgtow and he might follow your lead, that might appeal to him.

Its tough man, you cant change people like this.

One part of the realisation process is there is only 1 way to change friends:

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink.

You can show succes to your friend, and tell him how, but he has to take the steps to come to the realisation. The sad thing is he might never come to that realisation.

Becoming red pilled either occurs by themselves going through a traumatic event or them finding it out themselves through other means. People are born into the blue pill from birth whether they want it or not. If he finds it, he's deemed lucky if not so be it man.
