Phones have become so advanced that, they're not actually really called phones anymore... they're devices.
Bitches are glued to their devices so much that I feel like even owning one is validating them. Everytime I look at the bottom right hand corner of my iPhone and see an empty space, I think I could get tinder and swipe to pass the time, detracting me from my purpose and goals.
Every time I get a string of texts from a group chat with my mates, talking about how X has put a revealing pic up, I wince.
Thankfully, I have a strong friend group (proper stand by me shit) and a good family. My thinking is that I can just get a £15 burner phone when my iPhone dies in the next 6-12 months - and anyone that needs me can call me.
It's also one step closer to going off grid... baby steps admittedly.
Anyone else done this?
