I do enjoy the emotionally distant vs sensitive trope. Understand the need for balance and that these types of men do in fact exist but from what I've see women will put you in one of these binary buckets. You either don't deal with their every last need and are emotionally distant or you actually open up and need some support out of, you know, your own fucking relationship and get demeaned because "she's your therapist".
