So my beta buddy just broke up with his Ex (a 3 year long LTR), but as I do respect him a lot, as he has been a true friend over the past 12 years, whenever some sort of shit hit the fan, and I was there with him here.

So he called me today, told me they broke up 3 days ago, and that he "hopes" that she comes back, and that they've talked each day since. And yesterday she said to him that this is more of an "brake" or pause, but I told him that that is bullshit, and to not get back on her terms at any cost.

But since he is indeed a true beta of a sense, that has no spine regarding a lot of stuff and is throwing covert contracts left and right with his girl(seen this a lot of time when hanging out with them) I want to help him but not for him to bring his defence and guard up by spilling TRP shit.

Because these are his core beliefs and I can't just say (just forget about her man).
