Why do you have to spend it? Save it unless you have something very useful to do with it. Consider it a first lesson in not being an idiot when it comes to your money.

If you want something to improve, subscribe to an online class and learn usefull skills (LinkedIn eLearning, udemy, masterclass etc). Get gold for few bucks a month.

Connect with your esoteric self. Ask him about your deeper desires. You 'll find the answer by yourself. As of me I would fuck all most beautifull whores I could find. I would make 3/somes. I don't think a man have to change anything. If there is an issue eg phobia, I would begin therapy. Important: Don't look at yourself trying to find points for "self" impovement, it is a fool's dilemma.
