In my experience failure is every other step which makes the top at least 100 times higher.

while womens are only 2 steps to the plateau with step 1 being female, and step 2 being diversity hire or divorce. Either path they choose they live their entire lives on easy mode without earning it.

I always love having deep discussions with women with degrees, as they are quite good at academic pursuits to get the grade. However what they are bad at is seeing viewpoints and perspectives outside of what they are taught/spoonfed.

They still pursue the ideal man that is out of their league and worthy of better. They will never pursue someone on the same level or a guy without a degree, let alone listen to the views of a guy without a degree.

I have spent 10 years reading books and listening to podcasts and intellectual discussions on topics yet a second year until student studying psychology because they want to "help others who Have struggled" like her, thinks she has more knowledge on the topic and that there is only a black and white answer rather than a grey area.

They study things that allow them to try and understand who they are (find themselves through external means), they are completely insular. They become psychologists and counselors and all they do is perpetuate the problems and inhibit personal growth by making their client feel like they've been a victim of external influence rather than their own incapability and poor emotional maturity.

Anyway this was a little off topic of the post but I hope interesting nonetheless.
