There's a problem; I feel pity and want to care for the dog.
A person on the other hand, will win no sympathy from me if their situation was brought on by their choices.
With the ability of complex thought and decisions, you have an expectation to make the right decision. An animal who acts only by instinct can't be faulted for it's actions, it had no other choice. But humans don't have that pass. Humans can be wrong, and thus should be punished, typically by the outcomes of their decisions.

More of a cat guy personally, and nothing against dogs, but this picture makes me want to go around with dog kibble and water and find as many strays as possible
Huh... maybe one day when I get out of my debt from simp life, I’ll start some business or charity to help abused and neglected pets, as that’d be a better use of resources than risking on a thot

Dont like this comparison. That poor dog was probably abandoned by humans and left to rot out in the streets. Dogs dont leave humans. Humans leave dogs....
