I had a somewhat similar experience. 6.5 years together then she dumped me while we were living together. That was the worst time of my life.

Idk what side of the breakup you're on obviously first thing you need to do is set yourself up to move out as soon as Covid blows over. Simple as that since you guys dont have any other ties. If you're the one dumping her dont do it until you're about to move out. You dont want to live with her like that.
