I've noticed that my mental state has declined a noticeable degree over the past few weeks and I wondering on any suggestions for my next course action.

I've begun to hit things at random, punch walls in my house and outright try to injure myself to see what it would feel like. I've also been talking to myself a little and I've been skipping classes in my online school, something I would never do before.

Sometimes I just lie down on the floor and stare at the ceiling.

I have no care for the consequences that are to follow for my actions.

My healthy eating habits have also declined. I've recently been eating lots of ice cream and other junk food.

I suspect that the quarantine has a part to play in this, however, I noticed a much smaller change before any sort of quarantine took place.

I have little to no care for any family and friend and just want to be left alone for just about 100% of the time.

Since I am labelled as an essential worker, I am still going out and socialising at work, so I don't suspect social isolation is the cause. I've generally just been having the feeling that the things I am dedicating my time to (work, school etc.) are going to be ultimately useless in the future.
