If she does something worth rewarding, and it's a close time rather than a sexual time (so post coital is okay, but while trying to get her in the sack is bad), you can total explain and reframe it for her for a bit of vulnerability, but then bring it back. "It seemed pretty obvious your feelings for me were changing, and I didn't like it. So I realized I needed to be more like the man you fell for, and that's what I do. That look in your eyes when you call me an asshole and want to tear my clothes off? I like that. But if you tell anyone I told you that, I'll lie and just tell them I've always been an asshole. I can't have you ruinin' my street cred." Vulnerability without weakness, consideration without pedastalizing, understanding without judgment, and private 'just us and no one else' moments. Not sure how beta some may consider it, but it's been effective for me. Just leave out the details that show you've given it any thought more than that.

Don't overdo it.

Sounds like you are asshole gaming her 100% of the time. If you want to stay in that ltr this is not a good idea.

Women tend to say the opposite of what they really mean.

For example, she said "You're an asshole" but she still loves you. Usually all you have to do is pay attention to her tone, if it's lighthearted, then statements like "I hate you" just translate to "I'm really attracted to you." Again, it's all about the tone.

In person they'll say things like "We're not having sex" or "I'm not that easy". What they really mean is "We're having sex but I don't want you thinking of me as a slut so I'll appear as if I'm not easy". It's all about reading her body language, if she says things like that but her body language is showing that she's enjoying the interaction, then it means that she means the opposite of what she's saying. You can usually tell by their body language and tone for the times when they are serious about what they're saying, in that case, just pull back and push forward again later when you know that she does want the D from the signs that she gives you.

I think it sounds like your doing well. If she's laughing at you while she's trying to lambast you, that's because her intellect is telling you one thing but her inside feelings are telling you another. In this case, she finds you quite hilarious but she knows intellectually that her reign of terror is coming to an end so she's trying to curtail that.

Keep up with the updates. I'm quite interested in this transformation.

That's fine when she treats you indifferently or takes you for granted, but you won't be happy if you try to be like this all the time.
