Hey, guys: I (28M) am starting a group of young men from my church. The idea is not so much to make formal studies (plenty of those in my church), but to bring up a subject and discuss it, create accountability, and offer advice, all from a biblical standpoint.

Ideally, I don’t want the meetings to be too formal. I don’t want to stand in front of these guys with a power point presentation about one passage of the Bible and vomit some prepackaged ideas on them. I’d like them to come up with questions, observations, etc. But, while we earn each others trust, I have to initiate with some ideas. Do you have some suggestions?

Background: The guys in the group are in their early 20s or late teens. All from Christian households. Tons of churchianity there. As per conversations with one church elder, who’s the father of two of them and the uncle of another, these kids are burning with passion pretty bad. One suffers oneitis with a girl in Church. One of them is the son of a single mom. Another guy’s mom is very promiscuous. Some didn't have paternal figures in their upbringing.

Thanks, guys. May the grace of Christ be with you all!
