As I've been reading and doing my own journey on maximizing my masculinity, I keep getting caught in between a few things.

With women who do things you don't especially like, I can't really see a way to do things consistently while keeping neutral energy in frame.

Tell her you don't appreciate things seems simple enough but that can easily get into the "explaining" territory. And then on the flip side, being unphased by her little games can also seem spineless at times and allows her to hamster about your lack of whatever.

Basically, laying the law down vs acting as if you don't care. I'm not confident enough to find which hill I want to die on here at times.
