This tells me bureaucracy is bad for progress. Look at NASA. It has a massive amount of fund, but in the end it took a private company to do this in a sustainable manner.

I hope it works for the sake of the crew. I hope it works for our country's sake. It is a disgrace that we have to depend on other nations for space travel. With that said this is old tech. The only thing new about it is the fact that it is being done by a private company. After having had a whole fleet of space shuttles this is a step backwards. I still can't believe the fact that they didn't plan for the space shuttles retirement. Even when they had plans for space planes on the drawing board. So miserably about sighted.
