Hey! So I'm quite new to this sub as well, but firstly I'd say start implementing self-care stuff into your daily routine.

This will not only help you in the long run, but it definitely makes me feel more feminine and pretty :) I'm sure my SO also appreciates me looking after myself and I'd imagine your future partner will too.

- Get a suitable skincare regime down. Sunscreen is a great place to start!

- Learn life skills like cooking, DIY, etc

- Acquire hobbies and strive to learn more (for me this meant trying to go to university and reading more books)

- Try to eat well. Less processed food.

- Exercise (you don't have to workout everyday, but sticking to a solid routine will only be beneficial. For me it's weights and a bit of cardio)

- Try to be financially responsible. Don't buy the useless amount of clothes I did when I was young. Have some sort of saving plan in mind in case you do meet a partner and want to settle down.

And lastly, because you're young, I'd say enjoy being 18! Before I met my SO, I simply talked to different men but committed to none. This allowed me to kind of 'screen them' in a way, and learn conversational skills.

Definitely start investing in yourself and future!

As another commenter mentioned, eating well, exercising, and maintaining a healthy weight is very important.

Start acquiring domestic skills. If you can cook, clean, DIY, and have a couple interesting hobbies, you’ll be light years ahead of your peers.

Develop an image of what you want in the future. Do you want to be a stay at home mom? Are you more career oriented? Do you want to live in the city, suburbs, or a rural area? If you have a clear image of what you want the future to hold, you’ll better be able to find a man you match with. However, flexibility is an important trait in a woman- be willing to change some things for the right man but not the things you hold most dear.

Don’t sleep around. High quality men usually don’t like to marry women with a high body count. I made this mistake and I am SO lucky I was still able to marry an amazing man. It definitely caused issues early in our relationship though.

Save financially. Don’t take out a ton of loans. Men don’t usually care if a woman has a lower income or doesn’t have a ton in savings but excessive debt will be a hinderance.

Finally, expand your social circle! Meet new people, try to put yourself out there. Enjoy being young, hopefully soon enough you’ll be an old married lady 😉

Your still young if you want advice I think you should do all things you didn’t get to do write them down and then just do it screw what anyone says do something for yourself enjoy 😉 the years when your young and find happiness don’t worry about marriage and settling down yet you’ll get there when the time comes I wouldn’t rush that too cause if you haven’t meant a guy your just giving yourself too many expectations.
