We have been together for 6 years, she broke up over another dude last year. Our daughter is 2 years old.

Today ex told me that there are major changes in her life ahead. She wants to move in with the new guy, she cheated on me with, about 200 km away.

I already told you in previous posts that I'm very aware that I screwed up with this women big time. In my point of view our relationship was good and I don't really regret it. On the one hand I at least got plenty of experience out of it and in the other hand the sad and cruel ending taught me so much that I was able to leave my blue pill self behind and take the red Pill.

I know I got what I deserve taking all of her bullshit for all these years and hardly call her out because I thought we (or better me) just have to work on things to become better together. Literally she had a red flag planted above her sweet spot all the time but even though I decided it to be a good idea to have a child with her.

Now I'm a separated dad, right now I see me daughter for 3 days every week but unfortunately this is about to change. To this point it's totally on me, I have to life with my poor or naive decisions.

But what's about the point of separating me from the child? It will be just 4 day's/month I could see my child.

I don't expect any legal advice since most of you aren't from Germany. But what's the right mindset? Taking every legal step possible with the risk of losing and even damaging the parental relationship of ex and me so it will become even harder to see my child etc. Or should I just let it flow, let her move and try to take it as it comes? I'm close to my daughter and still after a year it is very hard for me to accept that other people decided for myself that I will probably never have the chance again to live with my child, except she decides some day for herself she wants to live at my place.

Thank you

Edit: We already have 50:50 custody, did it right after birth since we weren't married.
