Prime example of overthinking everything. You feel like it, go fuck her. You don't, then don't.

Once you have an abundance mindset, it won't matter how often you hangout with her.

If you want to do it, then go ahead....just know this might be a push from her to start spending more time together. As long as you maintain frame, and don't start catching and showing feelings things will be fine for a while.

I also would not set things up a week in advance...seeing her once a week is preferred, but setting a special day for her a week in advance is a bit much. A day or two notice at most should be sufficient....even a same day. That's the whole benefit of having a plate...she is supposed to be available on demand.

if she's asking to see you that means you're doing some things right. In a perfect world she does all the pursuing honestly....and you pick and choose when you allow her to see you, from her many requests. Sounds like you're on the right track...it's okay if she initiates as long as you're not spending a lot of time with her.
