But at this point its useless man, why are we even doing this if in the end we will always be seen as the bad guy... You get assaulted by woman , you defend yourself , youre the one who got the blame... You call out on woman bullshit , youre seen as an incel, hell even incels are seen as terrorists now, men were born to suffer in this world, and i havent even talked about all those false rape accusations...

Theres literally not many reason to NOT rope at this point, if you aren't born the ultimate chad or have some sort of crazy talent or are rich , is there even a point of living now if you are an average man? I wanna have a gf but, i dont wanna simp out and lose all my dignity just to get pussy, sad but thats what it takes nowadays, cant even have a normal conversation on tinder because i always have to make a shitty joke to stand out and actual put alot of effort just to get a one liner

I will be 48 in June last year alone at my job i rejected 3 women 28-35 and last but not least 56, they all shamed me for it, i just told them not my type i have standards, ,,,,, i been rejected shit on when i was online dating rejected by fat chubby fuck single mom imagine.... only to go out and pick up much sexier and younger women.

Live the life you wanna live your life your happiness think about yourself YOU. I been in so many relationships where i was miserable always pleasing others never myself doing everything to take care of my women only to be cheated on and dumped losing 2 houses in the process.

men are more free to do what they want than ever before, friend.

the point of living is to enjoy life - and it's really enjoyable when you're not worried about where your next piece of pussy is coming from.

here is what you do - work out: run 3 times a week, 30 pushups/situps and plank for at least one minute 4 - 5 times a week. as you get stronger, follow your instincts and increase the amount/time as you wish.

eat a lot of lean proteins: turkey and chicken are the best, keep beef and pork to a minimum. eat a lot of vegetables: whichever you choose they are all good. i like carrots cauliflower and broccoli, green beans, corn.

get AT LEAST 7 hours of sleep per night - HOLD YOURSELF to this. go to bed at a decent hour and make sure you wake up so you don't waste the day.

medidate at night before bed or duing sleep; sometimes i listen to sleep hypnosis tapes to get me motivated for the next day.

find hobbies you like and don't stop at just one or three! put your time into as many different aspects of life that you find enjoyable as possible.

learn a lot! i try to learn one new fact at least per day.

remember that women are temporary - even your DREAM GIRL will only love you as long as you are providing to her and there isn't someone better than you around her.

there is no need to worry about them - they will come to you once they see you've got your shit together but by that time you will want NOTHING to do with them because you don't want something like that coming in and interrupting your new found awesome life!

please don't rope yourself buddy - women are NOT worth it, never have been, never will be.
