I see a lot of posts on AskTRP which could be solved just by simply getting out of your own head. A lot of men on here are overthinking things, making things more complicated than they need to be. Being stuck in your own head and overanalysing things will only harm your chances with women.

If you haven't already started, get into meditation. Download the Headspace app and start with the 10 free guided meditations. Start with 5 minutes a day, and when that feels comfortable, move up to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes a day. If you keep doing it everyday for a few weeks, you will start to notice positive changes in your mindset guaranteed.

You will learn to not be so attached to your thoughts. Thoughts will come and go, trying to analyse everything you do, feeling conflicted, and so on. But underneath all that, you will learn to let go and get into a state a flow.

Women don't want to be with a man who is stuck in his own head all the time. You want to avoid analysis paralysis. A man who can let go and just be in his own flow is much more attractive than someone who overthinks everything, and questions everything. A woman wants to be part of your flow.

Stop putting so much emphasis on your thoughts. It will go far towards having an IDGAF attitude, and becoming outcome independent. If you say something stupid or fuck up with a chick, who cares. There are 4 billion other women on the planet.

When women see you are just enjoying life in your own flow (not stuck in your thoughts), they will take notice and you get more attention, which will contribute to more of an abundance mindset. And not being stuck in your own head has a lot of benefits in the bedroom too, if you really let go and just be in the moment.
