I finally unfollowed and unfriend my ex. He dumped me before valentines week to go back to his previous girlfriend. He's an LVM (learned that here 🙂), I realized after the breakup that our relationship revolved around him and what he wanted. He never really cared about me. I had low self esteem and I think he knew that and took advantage of it. He recently reached out to me asking about Covid-19. He was definitely bored. Left him on seen. I just had to share because i've been folowing FDS to help myself move on. It feels nice thinking I won't have to see his posts or see him at all.
