Ladies I posted something a while ago about giving the man you are dating a nickname to keep yourself from getting attached and let me tell you this shit works. I was dating someone (a fuckboy) whom I had my suspicions with and kept him in my phone as "Manbun" for months.

Long story short, I found out that when he met me he was with another girl for 10 months and literally told her to fuck off once he decided to be with me (on speakerphone) and I ghosted him because he took pleasure in hurting people who obviously cared for him. My dumb ass returned to him when I got into a financial bind (yes I know this was unethical and silly) 😂😂😂😂 and luckily I still had him as the nickname because what happened next was obvious

On valentines day he flipped the switch and left me for her. I can only laugh now because I already predicted it but I am so happy I made these boundaries that prevented me from having serious feelings about him in the first place.
