Lots of change happening at work, and I now have to work closely with a crazy older bitch who can’t take feedback and who over reacts to everything by being sarcastic/argumentative.

It’s stressing me out but I love my job and things were fine before this.

Any suggestions on how I should deal with her outbursts? At the moment I’m arguing back a lot.

I feel like I should deadpan/ignore her as much as possible.

She also asks a lot of favours as when it comes to some of the systems at work/setting up marketing materials. These aren’t things I have to help her with and I helped her out because she’s a new employee and my manager asked.

I’m thinking of saying that I’m too busy to put her back in her place.

Good idea or am I being salty?
