Sometimes it takes round two, three, four, or more lol. Sometimes for me it's almost painful if I don't keep going but i know a guy still can't relieve it like me.
But I think we also know that the craving for sex and intimacy is about more than an orgasm. Skin on skin contact does something special. I agree with the text anyway though, it can't hurt.

Usually for “self” I’m a one and done - but it’s the physical skin to skin, kissing, cuddling. Can’t “self” any of that. I hate to say - the right guys- can do it very well. One I hate to say is an ex from 14 years ago- it’s beyond - and he tells me I need to meet someone Even if it’s just FWB, nope. I need that intimacy that’s beyond the orgasm.
And that’s even harder to find.
