If you haven't even made a move, then she's most likely gotten bored and assumes you aren't interested or are too much of a chump to make a move so she's nexted you.

Like the other commentor mentioned, escalate during sexual tension/connection creation. You should be pushing hard every date.

To answer your question. Just text her. Come up with something you want to do with her. Once she texts back try calling her on phone saying you're cooking or something so you can sense her interest via phone. Keep the phone flirty and fun but make sure you keep your conversation aligned to setting up logistics for the next date and once confirmed end the call.
