Holding on to anger is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person to die. It is no use to you. It will not help you achieve your goals. It will ruin you. It will tell you to do things that make you hate yourself. No matter what other people do, it’s your responsibility to deal with your anger before it destroys you. Also, sooner or later you need to realize that a lot of people are just mean and shitty and torturing yourself over it on top of all that is not properly taking care of yourself. "To forgive is to set a prisoner free, and then to realize that that prisoner was yourself."

Yeah if you have these thoughts its best not to enter a relation, do monk mode. I would work on meditation and seek help if you feel all methods are failing. Have self control and dont hit kids nor women. Not that you are hitting them, just dont entertain those thoughts.

If a kid says you are a fucking donkey and you are a pile of dogshit, would you smash that kids face? Women are similar to kids. Respect the weak and women.

I was angry at a woman too, for the way she treated me, but then realized she was just being a woman. I put myself in that situation being red pill aware, so I should’ve known better. I was never angry at her, only at myself. AWALT.
