Advice for bios?

For bios. Make it sweet and to the point. First paragraph. State yourself. "I'm mindy and I like to do XYZ etc. etc." This is your "elevator pitch" 2 to 3 sentences MAX. Second paragraph. State what you're looking for CLEARLY. POINT IT OUT. Ideally, this is as close to the top as possible. Expecting moids to read your entire profile will let you down.

If you're looking for nothing serious, state that. If you just dumped your ex and want to make him jealous, find a way to embellish this somehow. If you're looking to fuck a hot guy , make that obvious too (embellish it though). Make it kinky and exciting, like those fun Tinder screenshots moids post all over the r/Tinder subreddits.

If you're looking for marriage and kids PUT THAT SHIT IN THE PROFILE. This way, fuckboys will immediately swipe left. A simple "I'm on here looking for my soul mate, future husband, and future father of my children. This is something I can see myself working towards in the next 3-5 years".

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN ALREADY, BE SURE TO MENTION IT. No need to lie. This is how you get ghosted. The more upfront you are about EVERYTHING you are and what you want and what you're bringing to the table, the more likely that incompatible matches will filter themselves out.

IMO this is the time to be 100% yourself. You’re the prize. Don’t overthink it, just take some cute pictures and look like you like your life.

First of all, photos. 2 minimum. One clear face photo and one full body photo. No sunglasses, bad lighting, or weird angles. Keep the photos tasteful - none in your car, at the gym, in the bathroom, or taken into a dirty mirror.

As for written bio, be yourself. Keep it optimistic and upbeat. I find it's better to be specific with your interests because it can spark conversation. Rather than saying you like dogs and beer, even better to say you like pugs and PBR. Tweak the basics in order to better stand out from the crowd.
