No clue. Yea, he said we could be exclusive, he wasn't interested in anyone else. He just didn't want the label to change how things are, he said things have been so great.

That's not true, I'm single quite a lot.

Oh nice, when I saw your other comments I was wondering how you saved these screenshots. That's amazing you laughed at them with your GFs. Hopefully they learned from it!

Holy fucking shit dude - this is amazing - you're ability to not answer and let that shit keep coming to you is AMAZING. This seems like queen level shit - just laughing your ass off at the loser I'm sure. So hilarious. I'm glad you got out of there and had the strength to not need to block him.

Yep. I was in an abusive relationship. It took me sooooo long to see the abuse. It’s because abusers start out as amazing ppl. And then they breadcrumb you with their amazing/generous behavior. You just hope it’s a rough patch. And they Gaslit the fuck out of you. About dumb shit. My ex threw away a magnet he told me he didn’t want me to buy. He constantly told me I left the dishes dirty. He’d recount past memories and tell me I acted in a way I totally didn’t act. So once you confront them on a…

I’ve been told my entire life I should be a model. I’m tall, thin, I work out, I eat well, I’m unique looking. I don’t even wear makeup and I’m stil hotter than most people. I can tell I have “pretty privilege” in how strangers treat me. I talk about how trash men are to every guy I date and they put up with it cause I’m hot. And smart. It’s hilarious to me when I get called a fat cat lady who can’t get laid.

This is an abusive relationship. He’s love bombed her and gaslit her to the point that she thinks she’s the crazy one. You should read about abusive relationships before being an asshole.

Yep. It’s not desperation, she’s been treated well and can’t compute him raping her with how he treats her like a queen. This is every abusive relationship

The problem is that I WAS going on dates with other dudes and realized I wasn’t giving any of them a chance. If I hadn’t been seeing this guy, I may have given them a real chance. And I think guys could tell there was someone else. I was totally unengaged with them.

My only hesitation is that I told him first “hey weren’t not monogamous” and he was really hurt, so I don’t feel like I can drop him totally until bringing it up again now that we’re closer.

Thanks! I will go through it. I’m struggling not asking now and just moving on. I do feel shitty I didn’t just drop him when he asked to think about it. But at least I’m gonna make the right decision soon.

You're just hooked on the emotional highs and lows, it's an addiction like any other. He's just your current drug. This is so true, especially for me. I hate that I know this about myself and know his game yet I still wanna hold out till I see him before moving on. He's back from his work trip Monday. As soon as I see him I'm gonna ask what he wants and if he says he doesn't know still then I'm blocking him and downloading tinder.

After leaving my abusive ex I tried so hard to find a similar website and couldn't find any. It's seriously important for women to have that - it sucks it doesn't exist. I even made a reddit post to the city he lives in, lots of women thanked me but it got taken down.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/11/19 04:38 PM

I agree with you. I disagree with most of the women here who say make a man wait for months. I have sex when I want to. I think there's value in waiting until you can tell who a person is, but if the only point is to keep them from leaving once you fuck them, then you've already lost. We should be viewing men as disposable. Sure, I spend months researching a new backpack and try to find the best one, but if that backpack ends up sucking I'm not going to hesitate in finding a better one.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/11/19 04:04 PM

Because she's building it up to be so important. There's a medium between waiting to see who a person is and waiting in the hopes they'll never leave you.

She means have your own life for the sake of having your own life. But that also draws people to you. If you’re too available men will use you and lose you.

So you've never masturbated without a 'big enough' dildo? You've never just used your hands and gotten off?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/10/19 10:55 PM

Yea, his dick being small isn't the only problem. You need to speak up and tell him you need more foreplay. I can get off without a dick - dick size is never the issue. It's the attention they give you instead of they give their dick.

If you do it from a fake account you should be fine. Just add specifics about his personality and history so she’ll believe you. If he calls/texts you, you can deny it all. If he hasn’t been abusive to this point the repercussions are low. Unless he has pics/videos of you. But even then, he’s obviously a cheater and prob did this with other women before you. 🤷‍♀️ He may not be able to realize it’s you.

They’re typically fun in the beginning when they’re trying to impress you. And I’m bisexual in a conservative town - women are off the table. And I’m a super sexual person.

He sounds abusive. GTFO. Giving the cold shoulder is a tactic abusers use. Telling you he has 2 dates lined up to get you jealous is a tactic abusers use.

I think for your own sanity block him and ghost him. This isn’t someone you want to fuck just because you’re lonely for a night and it sounds like that’s your MO with him so far.

So far only one guy has gotten upset about me dating others but we've dated 3 months now. In the beginning he was super super chill. I think he got upset when we were getting super close and I said I still wanted to date others... that was like 1 1/2 months of dating.

“If they don’t gesture they don’t get a second date”. That’s him being in charge of the situation - why are you taking advice from a situation where you’d be the one without power? If you’re going to take men’s advice listen to what they say drives them crazy in a good way.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/10/19 12:53 PM

He doesn’t give a fuck if you see him looking because he doesn’t give a fuck about you. I do that to guys all the time. “I was so unattached that this is just one more random thing I’m looking at” And if you happen to try to talk to him again, he’s gonna think he’s a huge catch if he can treat you like dirt then you come back.

I just use tinder. In my area there’s plenty of guys on it who aren’t looking for a hookup. And I’m lazy and it’s easy. I never liked bumble and OKC seems to only have ppl into gender identity politics or ppl who only play video games.

Personally, I liked another woman's much kinder suggestion for OP to lower her standards in order to practice dating and conversation with men. Hey I think that was me! Thanks! I prob swipe right on more guys than most women here do. I've found guys who were SUPER hot totally lacked in conversation, some hot guys are clingy, and there's some guys who I might not be attracted to initially but are significantly more attractive in person. Guys are horrible at taking photos.

I was gonna ask teh same thing. I was curious if it was a new dating app I didn't know about.

I don't think so. I actually think it's a red flag if they only or mostly have female friends. They're just keeping girls around that they're willing to fuck once they get the chance.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/10/19 05:07 PM

I was skeptical, but my friend convinced me he meant it. Never ever let someone convince you that a dude wasn't a piece of shit. If you felt like he was shitty you need to trust that instinct and not ask anyone else. This is the BIGGEST mistake I've made over the years. I can't tell you how many shitty behavior I excused because my gf or my mom said to give a guy the benefit of the doubt. Go with your gut!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/10/19 04:44 PM
2

Ah Yea I get that. Lower your standards for a little while to get practice and attention. Also if you lower your standards you won’t be as invested in them and they’ll like you more. Men want what they can’t have.

All of the things I listed have led me to LTRs. I never look for one, I’m always looking for casual stuff but sure as shit there’s a guy who wants to lock me down in 2 months.

How original, telling a woman who doesn't submit to men to get laid. Because all I need to act right is a good dick right? Even though I talk shit on men to men, I'm dating quite a few different dudes right now and have sex whenever I want.

This sub is dating advice for women, not a sub that caters to men. Fuck off. Edit : It's obvious from your post history you are ALL about capitulating to men - you're only bisexual and interact with women when men are watching? Perform much?

I want a long term relationship with a high quality guy. I do not suffer fools gladly and if he showed any red flags I'd be out of there. I'm very independent, so he'd have to be great for me to give this single life up. But I'm so depressed and lonely and I feel like the odd one out with my friends getting married and moving in with long term boyfriends. I want someone to enrich my life and create happiness with. This is your biggest problem - you really want a relationship and you're lonely an…

A main focus about our arguments have been how I disappear for an hour or two without responding to his messages. Usually it’s because of homework, but he still gets ticked off and he’s mentioned how he wishes we would talk more. This is a huge red flag. He sounds controlling. The guy I'm dating doesn't get concerned unless I haven't responded in 2 days. And even then he's not mad, he just wants to know if everything is OK. And vice versa. Anyone who comes between you and school/career is a red …

He's just not that into you. Texting is different than meeting in person. Just move on and find a guy who gives you that energy in real life. This is why I never text a ton before meeting someone.

I just make it clear I'm dating other people. To me the notifications when you're together is way too much.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 06:29 PM

Yea, I've been there recently. Focus on not getting feelings. Don't just stick with one guy, keep going out with others. Eventually you'll find a guy who's crazy about you, is great at communication, and doesn't let you down. But you gotta comb through a lot of assholes to find them.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 06:29 PM

Yes it's rude and yes you should drop him. If he wanted to talk to you he would have, always remember that.

Oh the downvote thing is good to know! Yea, the downvoted advice threads are justifying really unhealthy behavior or relationships. But the comments always point that out and are really good, so my thought process is that we should upvote those posts, not to agree with OP but for visibility of the advice. That's all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 06:10 PM

If it's not CERTAIN, beyond a shadow of a doubt, assume it's not exclusive and keep it moving. I agree, I just don't think his post is a good example of that at all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 04:52 PM

I never said lie. I always make sure dudes know I'm dating around. If you’re looking for more than sex, be as honest as you can. Express yourself freely and expect him to open up as well. See who will respect you for your opinions and who will engage in conversations in interesting ways. If you are nothing but temptation when they start liking you you’ll probably never have them treat you like a real person. Who's to say I'm not doing that? I can hide my notifications, make sure he knows I'm dat…

I guess the part I disagree with is seeing if he'll insist on paying. Because that's what your goal is, right? To see if he's going to let you pay? I look for that after a few dates. But I go on a lot of first dates and don't want to waste money on them. So I'll never offer to pay then.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 04:50 PM
4

You clearly didn't read the post the whole way. "But then my GF (of 3 years now) keeps messaging him whilst I’m away".... Unless he's lying that they're bf/gf or that they've been together 3 years, you can assume exclusivity was expected.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 04:46 PM
2

Nope, I never offer anymore. If he wants to split it I've found guys will be preemptive and order first then pay or immediately say we're splitting the check. When the check comes just say "Thank you so much for buying, that's so nice!" with a really bright smile. I told a guy at a bar I needed to leave, I started to get up so he grabbed my empty glass. I just hugged him bye and said "Thank you so much for the beer" lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 04:14 PM

What? The posts aren't bitching about women, the posts I'm talking about are women who make a bad dating decision. And then the comments point out what she should do in the future. The posts I'm talking about are generally good examples of constructive criticism.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 04:12 PM

I disagree I like that we unapologetically tell them they aren’t allowed. They lurked and downvoted before they started doing stickied posts saying no men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 03:52 PM

😂🤣😂 I would never date a man with a fetish but I see your point!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 03:03 PM

I don’t think it sounds like he’s playing games. He didn’t want an LDR. He dated her when he was back. If it was obvious in the post that they agreed to see other ppl, then yea I agree with. But if they’re in a relationship then no. Her biggest mistake was dating him a second time. She should be clarifying “we’re not monogamous” if she’s doing that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 02:44 PM
12

This is shitty of her if they said they were exclusive. You can have backup plans without flirting/sexting He said they're BF/GF and have been together 3 years... There's nothing vague about their relationship.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/10/19 02:28 PM

I think they’re working on it. But I don’t get why advice posts would get way more downvotes than the other posts if it’s just moids

It didn’t dawn on me until I posted that it’s prob asshole male lurkers. The comments always have 10 or more upvotes so they’re prob not going to the comments to downvote.

don’t split the check (men will never respect you the way they respect other men, don’t waste time/effort trying to be seen as equal. Girl. If he wanted to be your partner he would lock that shit down. You can find 20 dudes who want you to commit - start going on more dates. Every time you think about texting him go on tinder or text a gf. There are guys out there who would want you to commit to them after 3 months. 3 months is usually the crux in my experience. I either want to be with them or I don’t. And if I don’t and they seem like they want more, I jump ship. This dude is just using you until he finds someone he wants to…

Ooph. You’re not exclusive so 🤷‍♀️ But yea, I agree that’s a red flag. I don’t think you should put yourself in FWB situations anymore. You can date someone and not be exclusive. If I were you I’d just bring it up in person and gauge his reaction. First I’d ask if he’s slept with anyone else since you’ve been fucking around this time. And then I would ask what was up with the dick msg. I don’t think it’s wrong to bring up because he took the risk of showing you his phone. It’s not like you snoop…

Why’d you delete the post? Why don’t you get dates? Are you on tinder? Do you work out or have any active hobbies? It sounds to me like you may have been in emotionally abusive relationship. You should look up the term “love bombing” and see if it applies to how he courted you. And read the book psychopath free. I bet your bf is a narcissist.

You don’t think that the sex that rapes other people is entitled? Men committ 99% of rapes. There’s also studies showing that they do significantly less housework as their partners even when they work equal hours. Studies show men are more likely to ask for promotions and raises. Look online at all the comments by men whining that they can’t get a girl. Women typically complain about the abuse and shit men give them - not being owed a man. Men act like women owe them sex and love.

If you lurk long enough you will understand why this sub thinks FWB is a bad idea. Men will always be using YOU in that situation. They don't respect you and will treat you like shit at the first chance whether it's fucking someone else without a condom and not telling you, or just blowing you off when you had plans, or badgering you for nude pics. They don't respect women who are FWB.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/10/19 09:16 PM

Naw. They start learning entitlement when they're children. It's just due to gendered socialization. And one girl telling them why they're not really all that isn't going to change their entitlement. You just have to find one less entitled than the others.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/10/19 09:10 PM

Idk I think that’s a good test of character. You could preclude it in the beginning by saying “I like to take things slow” after they kiss you. That’s what I’ve done. And if they don’t respect that then 🤷‍♀️ they weren’t looking for more anyway.

“Girl”. Right. Because women tell other women to prioritize men. Do you happen to have a “girl penis”?

Date other men. You’ll realize they’re all the same. You’ll find others you click well with. And then you can weed out the ppl who will really BE there for you. Edit : and make sure he knows you’re dating other men. Best dudes I’ve dated have been ones where 2 mos in I said “I’m still dating other ppl, I really like you and I want to take this slow, so I hope we can commit once we know each other”

I see that you’ve clarified but now I’m just confused about what you’re asking. If you’ve gone 3 months of casual dating, once you are in a relationship it should be obvious what the rules are (monogamy). Did you date for a while before these two weeks? What is your situation exactly? I think this is a hard question to answer.

You can show you’re sexually interested without having sex. That would be my approach until I was ready if I were you. Like soft touches, maybe ask to cuddle or do it. You can show you’re interested while taking it slow.

Why would I do literally all the work into not getting pregnant or an STD? That should be shared. It’s expensive.

Yes. I’ve never had a dude not willing to go to the store when I stopped and said “were not doing this without a condom”

Naw. If he doesn’t have condoms then we’re stopping everything until he gets them.

Well I could take him or leave him at that point. I’ve really only gained feelings over the past month. It’s been 2 months now.

It’s just numbers - the more I swipe right the more options I have. I’m also fairly attractive, I work out, have a good job, and hobbies. It helps that a lot of men share my hobbies and interests.

No I don’t expect that every date should be amazing. I’ve had a lot of boring ones. I expected this one in particular to be good.

Sorry, but camping isn't code for cheap sex in my world. A good date for me isn't being taken to a fancy restaurant, I actually find that really lazy and unimaginative. A good date is having someone show you some cool, secret camping spots, and taking care of all the food and driving. But I get your point about it being lukewarm. I did think he was really cool. I just didn't like how low effort he was.

An open relationship is different than dating multiple ppl when you just met. Anyone who meets one person and puts all their eggs in that basket after a date is a moron.

None of us gives a shit if individual men like you are attracted to us. We get tons of men, that's all we talk about in this sub, how successful we all are at dating and why.

How do you know her sex? I think it’s funny everyone is calling her a man in the comments...

I don’t like ppl who list things but that’s me. I have two sentences about who I am and what I like to do and I do pretty well. I’d be happy to read yours and give feedback!

Yea it’s really rare for me to have sex on a first date. And yea you’re prob right. I’m realizing I had more of a hand in escalating the intimacy than I wanted to admit.

Yea we had sex on the first date 🤦‍♀️ there’s a pretty intense attraction between us. So we’ve been having sex for a little over a month. And I told him in the very beginning that I date multiple people at once. I think he decided to ignore his uneasiness with that. Yea idk whAt to do now. I’m trying to convince myself I don’t give a shit if he doesn’t talk to me. But I do. And I’ve already messed up the most important part of dating - don’t get attached.

A month. He didn’t talk to me all day, ignored my call and now he hasn’t answered my text about visiting this weekend
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/19 12:30 PM

Welp. We got into a discussion last night about monogamy 🤦‍♀️ he doesn’t get how I can’t take our relationship slow without dating other people. He’s not happy I’m dating others but SAID he accepted it. I’m pretty sure he’s going to stop seeing me.

Neither one... yet... The non-player, a very sweet guy has said he's cool with me dating other ppl, he gets it. He's just acted a bit off. I don't think he likes it even if he's accepting it. He's not pushing for commitment yet. But I know in a month or so he will.

I'm sleeping with 2. I made the mistake of sleeping with a guy who seems like a player way too quickly. And yea I kind of like the other one I'm sleeping with. I'm interested in finding a long term partner eventually.

It's hard to navigate once men start pushing you for monogamy though. They all want it by 3 months of dating. It's so hard. I'm experiencing this now. I'm dating up to 5 ppl at a time right now and, the one guy, who seems really great has started acting funny now that I've made it clear I'm dating other people. At some point he's going to want to move on. And I def don't want to be with a guy who is 100% into us dating other people - in my experience those men are abusive, they fake that they're…

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/19 10:33 PM

I think your post would have been more well received if you were actually positive and talking about all the cool shit single women do etc. Instead of just criticizing the sub for talking about the realities of dating men.

If he acts weird about mentioning other people he's dated. Yea you don't want to drone on about your ex, but if you can't casually say "oh I went to X country with the girl I was dating" then something fucking weird is going on. Or if you ask how long they've been single and they're TOTALLY dodgy. Both those things happened with my ex. I finally realized he wanted to seem perpetually available and not like he was constantly in a relationship.

Lmao and he just kept replying to you. Hilarious!
