Exactly.

Men were legally able to rape their wives until 1994. Child marriage is still legal in the U.S. I'm not sure why some men are so uneducated on history that they think things are equal when the same men who only saw women as homemakers are the exact same men in charge of most businesses today. It will take many generations of these simpletons dying out to get progress, but that won't even happen because mens choices have pretty much destroyed the earth already.

I recently signed a petition to outlaw the 'rough sex' defense. About 50% of men who claim a woman died during consensual rough sex literally get away with murder. While perusing the signees I noticed less that one in ten was a man. I though that was pretty fucking sad. Guys either are worried they may need that defense one day and that their right to indulge their kink is more important than women's lives. Or, they just think 'bleh...woman's stuff, not interested, don't care'. Like women aren't people, even if they have mothers, sisters, female friends, co-workers etc. Most of them don't actually give a fuck about women. I'm angry all over again now.

They say it because they hate women and don't want women to have more power. They don't care about women and saying the work is done is just one of many dismissive tactics they use.

Women aren’t considered people in most of countries. It’s not just that you put effort on your community but also it influences the world.
