You can start by blocking all of them.

Guy 1: is he a LVM because he's ugly? Or does he exhibit low value traits? I think it is harsh to call a nice guy LV just because he is ugly. You are entitled to your preferences of course! But maybe I interpreted wrong? Is he ugly AND exhibits LV traits? In that case I would argue that he is NV π. Also It seems like meeting up once a year for lunch makes you friends. Does he act like more than a friend? I need more clarity on this in order to have an opinion.
Guy 2: Definitely seems LV but you admit to "using him" so I'm sorry to say that definitely makes YOU LV at least in this scenario. I say leave the man alone to either sink or swim but dont give him crumbs and be-little him here on this sub. Sounds like the narc tendencies from your ex may have rubbed off on you. (Trust me narcissism is contagious that way).
3.Guy 3: DEFINITELY seems low effort FOR SURE. Indecision and laziness are so unattractive. If it turns you off you can either give him a little more time to turn things around (while exploring your other options of course). Or just cut him off entirely. I find that if the initial honeymoon stage of knowing a man is unfulfilling then it is unlikely to improve. The first 3 months are when they are putting in THE MOST effort.

Thank you for this insight. Iβm still learning for sure. & taking time to self reflect. Guy 1 is lv to me because Iβve known him for years and he only offers lunch or dinner dates. Not that i want more from him because heβs not physically attractive, but very smart. God i hate to admit youβre right about guy 2! Thankfully i am in therapy lol. I know Iβm wrong there just because he and my ex have done that to me, does not justify doing it also. Guy 3 is just ... nothing. Lol. Thank you.

I feel you girl It's easy to become numb or callous after dealing with a narc. I'm glad you're in therapy, it definitely helped me! Guy 1 sounds like a friend that you can gain knowledge from and Guy 3 sounds like you're not missing much. I'm glad I helped give you some clarity! Keep staying the strong queen you are sis β€ I admire you for seeking guidance and trying to figure things out for yourself. Total queen shit πΈπΏ
