Interesting video, it pretty much spells out how I first took the red pill. I started tryin to apply game and new found knowledge without the foundation it needed and like any building without one my game, confidence, and worth crumbled to the point of my blue pill ways. I reassessed my situation decided why worry about validation from women until I'm close to being the man I want to be? I started working out (60 down 25-30 to go), I focused on my work then my hobbies in which my goal is to one close to mastering each as I can achieve. I also have begun to try and study subjects unrelated to my field of work to try and become more knowledgable.... And guess what by doing all of this I am happier, more confident in who I am and when I speak I am sure of what I say. And needless to say once this all happened I start to don my self in more conversations with randoms and I approach and more frequently approached than I previously have been once gaining confidence. (and deciding to quit being fat doesn't hurt either). Good video man and keep them coming

Great video! Learning "game" always seemed odd to me, as it's more like learning to act like someone else than becoming a better person yourself. I progress much faster when I'm focusing my energy on making myself better than when I'm applying things that work for other people to my own life. If your shit's fucked up, you need to put in some work for you. Don't waste your time playing games with women.

This is an interesting video, i agree with you on almost everything. I'm in a LTR and found this subreddit two months ago. I've always had a strong frame but I felt like I missing something. Since I started reading TRP, I have slowly been changing my frame and influenced the way my girlfriend thinks (Thanks Patrice O'neal). But two weeks ago I had an epiphany; I had spent my entire life trying to qualify myself to everyone else instead of making other people qualify to me. This has changed my relationship completely. She has become Red Pill and I have realized what it means to be a man.

It is like you said, the main difference between a "beta" and a "alpha" is the need for external confirmation. I just disagree with the notion that you have to hit rock bottom. You can just start climbing from where you are and make that journey with your SO but always be ready to take a loss.

Good stuff bro we all have to all hit the wall to learn right , i subscribed also. Edit;i awaken each morning and start it out as a new day to get better and achive what i didn't finish yesterday. Meditation helps alot to keep my frame...

Interesting video. Your reason for moving to TRP, hitting rock bottom, doesn't apply to me, or a few other members here. I came to TRP from having LTRs and being a successful PUA and noticing a trend.
