If spending time with you is important to him, he will make time for it even if that means forgoing other important things like sleep.

How much time do you require from a new exclusive relationship? Has he been able to provide the time you require so far? You should figure out what you want and find out if he can accommodate that. Lay it out for him what it means to have you all to himself and let him decide if he can manage it without neglecting his other responsibilities.

My rule of thumb is one night per week and Saturday nights into Sunday as a baseline. Generally we see more of each other because we will get lunch sometimes during the week too.
