Was flirty with a chick from work, invited her over to my place cuddled a bit, she pushed back when I tried escalating. (Obviously I know I shouldn't try with girls at work but I couldn't resist)

She left later on, said she wanted to come back another time though.

I invited her over again on text message, she said sorry have plans tonight. I said you wanna reschedule or no, she replies that her and her ex are talking again so she shouldn't (probably just a bullshit excuse)

So obviously I fucked something up. Whatever don't care all that much.

I'm thinking going forward at work I'll just continue to be flirty? No point in being cold or weird or anything right?
