Hi, so I live in an apartment building and there's this lady on my floor. She's older, late 30s or early 40s, and she has been flirting with me a bit. Whenever I get home from school, she's always outside and leaning against the wall, she'll make some sort of comment when I walk by. She'll call out "hey handsome!", or about my muscles that i must be popular with all the girls, or stuff like "Oh my, I didn't know we had a little George Clooney living here", she's mentioned that she just made coffee and to come get a cup, how lonely her apartment is. Plus she has touched my arm while talking to me.

Also, not to mention, she always wears this black nightgown, its short and exposes her legs quite a bit and the strap always slides down her shoulder, revealing her chest.

She's incredibly gorgeous and I have considered making a move on her. I've actually came really close to it, she was talking to me and trying to convince me but thankfully my phone went off. I left, and she said "come back whenever you like"

But there's a problem, I'm only 16, so I am technically underage. But this is such a rare opportunity. I've always wanted to sleep with an older woman. I don't know what to do, I don't want to go to jail, but I really want to make a move. Should I do it? My parents don't know, should I tell them? I mean, people don't really take it as seriously when its the guy whose younger, right? So we probably won't get in trouble anyway.

But I don't know what to do. Help!
