Ok, you're most of the way there.

Firstly: do not try to make the conversation sexual. Girls will often do this when they're horny and it's fine to join in if they do, BUT never in the "you and me" sense. Even if she talks about how she just loves sucking dick, keep it to either your preferences, your experiences or theoretical. Never anything to do with you or her.
