I'm actually for freedom of speech and totally against cancel culture. I don't think she should have been fired, the company is free to disavow her actions publicly, but this just perpetuates cancel culture.

That being said, Everyone, Right, Left, Capitalist, Marxist the works should be free to say anything that is not an incitement to violence, bring their ideas to the market and let them be judged on merit.

I personally think what she did was to incite violence and legal consequences are separate from personal cancel culture inspired consequences. I think a criminal case might (I know it's borderline) be warranted.

This is why women should be prevented from the Justice system. They take a stance on a small trivial issues like disagreeing with the phrase "All lives matters" for example and they sentence anyone to death who disagrees with them. A country run by women without male tutelage is a country marred with genocide and oppression. I mean can't we just agree to disagree on the all lives Vs black lives matter thing? In some ways this is sad, because I think a lot of people did stupid stuff that could have cost them their job when they were young. The difference for someone like myself is that this social media BS didn't exist when I finished college heading towards 20 years ago. Male or female, it really doesn't take much these days to be stupid and put something on the internet, something we/I/ anyone might have said when drunk, or with their friends, or just when angry.

That said, while I didn't grow up with these social media, she likely did. She should be smart enough to know this can happen, and they may even talk about it at Harvard. I know of admitted Harvard students who were kicked out over saying racist things prior to beginning classes, and unless you live under a rock, we all know of stories of people who's lives were ruined because of a tweet. The internet is not your friend, it's like a psychopath looking for the next trusting fool who it can lure into it's depraved lair to disembowel because they dared to write something "offensive".

However, on the other hand, this may be an example of a very egocentric, infallible spoiled child-woman who is not taking any responsibility for threatening violence against people who merely say something she doesn't like. I can't blame her potential employer. Her doubling down and blaming others is wrong. Instead, she should be admitting that threatening violence as a response to speech she deems offensive is wrong, and she isn't helping herself, at all. She needs to cool off and get away from social media for a while, maybe the entire summer.

Someone like this probably comes from privileged, and while she did work hard, she was also groomed for the good life. She most likely had a lot handed to her and made available. In other words, she is spoiled. She is angry, for some reason, but I guarantee it isn't over BLM or ALM. Maybe she is depressed? Irrational anger over something that doesn't affect a person, can be a sign of depression. Who knows.
