This is the only thread I’ve seen where people speak logically about this. It has a 99% chance of survival a lockdown wasn’t needed.

I got it June 2 and finally I'm going back to work on the 6th, been off all of this time. I was like you it did not hit me that bad, had symptoms for the first 2 days and on the third day I got better. Then suddenly two days later I got worse. I lost my taste and smell and still to this day is not 100% back. I got diarrhea and even though I was hungry I would only bite my food once or twice and I would be done. I lost 25 pounds in 10 days, had a fever for those 10 days straight. Had a cough so bad that my back and chest got so sore that it was painful coughing. Clear phlegm every time I cough, had to run to bathroom so I would not choke. I still have the cough but it's very minor now, chest still hurts though. You know how when you go swimming and you get water in your nose then you have the smell of water after, well I got that smell even to this day. For 2 weeks I did not have the energy for anything, there were days when I did not even got out of bed. My back hurt so much because I was just in bed all the time. I would sit in bed to help with my back but I could only be sitting up for a minute when I would just lay down again. I did not have the energy to even shower, I had to force myself to get up and do so. I would have the water as hot as it got and I would be under it and still be shivering cause I was cold. Could barely wash my body since it took all of my energy to be standing up. After the shower it was back to bed because i was exhausted from taking shower. I feel bad for my dogs because I did not even had the energy to feed them or give them water. I did manage to do so though, one bonus of not having smell is I could not smell their poop, even if I put it right next to my nose, so cleaning after them was not bad.

What is the point of testing if there is no cure? Seeing how those swab test are done, it would be a good way to infect a society of sheep with virus tainted swabs.

Pretty sure I had corona too, I’m 27, exercise like a fiend, and from January to March had a sore throat, headaches, and couldn’t breathe at all. I still exercised and lived life normally but that’s the worst I’ve ever felt. I feel like most people have had at by this point

I got it back in the beginning of febuary. My brother had his wedding and I flew through Chicago to get there. I'm nearly certain that's where I got it from waiting 6 hours for my layover. Nobody knew it was an issue yet so no masks anywhere.

I got back and was down for a few days. Fever and diarrhea. A few nights I would be going to sleep and get the feeling that is best described as I was holding my breath. Would wake right up and have to take a few deep breaths every few hours.

Lost my sense of taste and smell when the fever broke. That lasted about a week. After that I felt fine no lasting effects. (Other than putting on 10 pounds during the lockdown)

I practiced social distancing but my corrupt government decided to re open colleges/bars/ clubs and to hold elections. Of course number of infected magically tripled over night once they were re elected. And they don't intend to reinstate lock down.

Kind of a conflicting statement with your "overhyped by media" one, don't you think?

I also got Corona the other day, I just put some lime and salt and drank it in.

Covid is nothing, nothing more than the flu. Everyone should try to imagine this: what if every single person last year was tested for the 'regular' flu -- it would be a massive number of people testing positive. Millions upon millions upon millions. Most would have no symptoms. The majority with any symptoms would have maybe a sniffle or something mildly annoying. Any with any severe symptoms would be told by doctors to "stay home, get some rest, it will pass" just as always. And as always, there would be a few frail people here and there that suffer badly and even die, because they have compromised immune systems. Thousands and thousands of people die every month from the 'regular' flu every single year, but no lockdown, nothing. This whole lockdown bullshit is 9/11 part 2. The pandemic doesn't exist, it's simply not a thing.

Think about this: 53,000 people in the usa die every month from heart attacks, because of the shitty food they eat. Is that food, meat, eggs, dairy, etc. banned or limited? Nope. Is there a lockdown of any kind to try to reduce heart attacks -- such as, closing down all restaurants and servers of heart attack causing foods? Nope. Nobody cares. And guess what, there is no magic pill they can make and sell for heart attacks, but they can sell magic pills for covid... it's magic... it will work where no other pill has ever worked before... and it will be paid for by the taxpayers... my prediction... and they will show the exact same numbers as this time, but they will instead instruct the media to say 'see, numbers are down, the pill works!'

Our government decided its a good idea to allow taxi drivers a full load AND to hike up taxi prices. So I share a taxi with 13 people TWICE a day AND exchange money with them.

This is gonna end well.
