I don't work in construction, but I know people who do. I think sun-damage is one thing, but the main detriment to working exhausting manual labor jobs with low-pay is your diet. So many people just eat fast-food because it's quick, convenient and feel that they deserve it after a hard-days work.

Doing so once is not an issue. But it often becomes a habit, and that's when you are going to lose your gains.

i use sun screen in the morning and at lunch, was rocking a six pack before the whole covid thing. think of labor as cardio.

I run my own plumbing show & it is ridiculously easy to stay fit & lean in the trades. The hardest part is finding the energy after a big day of work to go & smash it out at the gym.

Depends on your lifestyle. A lot of construction workers make good money, but don’t eat good and party hard

I’m a welder I don’t work outside but I work in 120-140 degree heat and I am currently doing nsuns to gain more strength. But I have a decent build 5 11 193lbs. Just make sure to get your macros in. And you can afford to eat a little shitty every once in awhile because work will burn it off
