The last one, definitely. When I find myself judging/evaluating/criticizing people for no damn reason, I stop myself and ask what the fuck is going on in my head that I should dare give a damn. Life's too short to be toxic, even in your own mind.

Truth. When I saw this for the first time, my mindset did a total about face. It's honestly so much nicer to be able to move through the world with that negativity towards others removed.

Exactly.
If you ever watch My 600lb Life (I fucking love that show) all of the people the show follows are in relationships. On the opposite end of the spectrum there are people who actively seek out people with anorexia to date. Both of these kinds of relationships are usually codependent and fetishistic, but the point stands someone is attracted to you whether you're 600 pounds or 90.
Even on a much lesser scale, my friends think the guys I'm attracted to are ugly and vice versa. None of us can agree on a man that's top tier attractive to all of us, and each of us think the other is crazy for our tastes (in a friendly way of course).
No one is actually ugly, we all just have our individual preferences --we are each someone's dream woman.
We have to be the first people to look in the mirror and love what we see, and know we deserve someone to reflect the love we have for ourselves back to us.

I feel this so hard. Especially when seeing girls who are so mean to themselves about looks, and then they become mean to others about looks too

It is really sad, but I always think that if they'll treat someone else like that, they hate themselves just as much and are tearing people down like they do to themselves. I sympathize, but these people are still toxic and I avoid them if I can.
