No. If you're looking for a formula to decipher women, or universal rules for interacting with them, then you'll never find it. No such thing exists.

Besides the common-sense things others have mentioned, like taking care of yourself and putting yourself out there, there is no strategy that will guarantee you a high chance of getting a gf/getting laid. Every woman is unique and different, just like every man is. Chads fail all the time, nerds succeed all the time.

There's no strategy to it, you just have to find someone you're interested in, and see if you have anything in common. Again, just interact with women you like in normal, commonsense ways. That's the only "plan" you need to follow; beyond that, no amount of Pick-Up-Artistry would be able to help you out any better than chance. If you have problems interacting with women in a normal way, then the issue is most likely internal.

I suspect alot of men who are attracted to Red Pill from trying to understand women, are infact having trouble communicating to women due to their own internal anxieties. In that case I suggest lots of therapy and counseling.

If men are attracted to Red Pill because it dehumanizes someone to help with self-esteem then try intense therapy for years.

If men are attracted to Red Pill due to wanting to understand women's thought processes: then talking to women will help.

If men are attracted to Red Pill due to understanding society; then studying sociology at a university would help.

A great analogy I heard is "Dating is like selling a Ferrari. Not everyone likes Ferraris." I think it's important to focus on how you see yourself first. Maybe see a mental health professional to figure that out. Then learning how to express the real you. Once you are able to express the genuine you you start to attract girls who like that version of you.

The first "laws" of Red Pill are nothing new, and contrary to TRP claims they didn't invent them. Any book or therapist would suggest working on your confidence, taking care of yourself physically (hitting the gym and eating better), change your look, get a hobby, read (learn) more, take a class, etc... In fact, those items are pretty much common sense.

At the core of involdom is a mix of 2 things:

A crippling lack of self-awareness
Not truly considering women as people

1 is easily solved -- shower, shave, exercise, diet, don't look like a man who raided a 12 year old's wardrobe, hold a job that at least pays expenses, have some basic tact, know your attractiveness, try to hang out IRL in places girls also do, and don't go demanding Lauren Phillips if your face cracks mirrors.

2 is much harder, because you have to overcome a lifetime of precedent for it. There is no shortcut to it. 1 will help with it, because you'll just naturally find yourself in contexts where you get chances to interact honestly, face to face, without it all being about poonhounding. However, whether or not you take the lessons is up to you.
