There are lots of YouTube videos and arrivals about people giving advice to people in there 20s. Like party less and start a 401k etc and that all seams obvious now I’m in my 30s

But apart from the obvious “don’t get married” I wonder what life advice older men would give to someone in there 30s.

Will I hit 45 and have a similar realisation and wish I did things differently in my 30s
