So it is ok for people to say that women are better than men but not ok to say that men are better than women?

[–]mbpDeveloper9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy

I dont understand the logic womans doing that. They are actually destroying themselves

[–]DanishAspie0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

Neither are okay

[–]jackthepizzaman0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

No I was just saying what the post said

[–]DanishAspie0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

I mean socially, should have clearified.

[–]jackthepizzaman0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

I beleave that nobody should suffer any tipe of violence but I have been told by allot of people that violence on men is not as bad as violence on women. I have been abused by women and been punished for defending myself. This is the main reason I am not a feminist, because of the hipocrasy.

[–]DanishAspie1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

That's awful, I don't believe individuals who think women should get special treatment or that men should be able to "just handle/take things" aren't true to what feminism/egalitarianism should be about. You being abused by women is no different from a woman being abused by a man. I hope you do know that.

Women are more dominant in nursing, men are more dominant in STEM. Men and women can have any job they want as long as they fit the requirements. It just happens to be that men and women are good at different things. It doesn’t even come down to men and women a lot of times because PEOPLE are good at different things! Why is it such a big fricken dealio?

[–]jacoblisk1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Less men and women more individuals interested in separate things and focusing on being better at one or the other

[–]Gameperson7002 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yup. Agree 100%!

[–]gendalf12 points13 points  (0 children) | Copy

I wonder if the guy will get alimony to "support his lifestyle" in divorce lol

once again some chick pushing her own sex & relationship fantasy as a global "everybody should just do what I want"

[–]aroh10087613 points14 points  (0 children) | Copy

That the reason women spent the last 309,000 (give it or take) years doing chores and taking care of the children while men worked and only the last 10 years posting shit on the internet.

[–]ashnagog9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy

women are smarter and more dominant in every field!

Yep, untill it's time to enlist in the military. Then we suddenly need "strong men" to get shot in Afghanistan

[–]Illuminitu5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

more smarter

[–]averis12 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Women are more than welcome to buy the house & car and provide for him and her family for 20+ years, her as a SOLE financial provider, responsible for every bill under the earth.

I'd have a LOT of respect for a woman who's willing to take on all male duties as a provider. (Although that's not what I'm looking for)

Yet they complain nonstop not enough men are making more than them to be viable relationship /dating options.

So "strong & independent."

[–]MissMetal7773 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy

I'm a woman, and I have to wonder what it's like to be this delusional.

[–]thegraveyardcat2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

same, but there are some women out there that just make a mockery of us. It's frustrating

[–]Filberty2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

They were reasonable until the last sentence

[–]MaxPower--1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

More dominant, ha!

The sky is green, grass is blue, and it's OK for maples to be fluorescent orange with glow polka dots.

[–]GeneraleArmando1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yes, equality

[–]maxthyson1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

They wanna do the 9-5, be my guest. I'd love to opt out of that life and hang with kids all day.

[–]thegraveyardcat1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

to be fair a lot of women in todays world do work 9-5 or equivelent jobs

[–]SiotRucks0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Im pretty sure that's sarcasm. They just want to make of people who use this talking point the other way around. Because I usually only here it used that way. Come on guys... this is so obvious.

[–]mbpDeveloper0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

They want to make people believe and woman in your house can tell this shit everday. How she is more superior than you and shit. I hate the world we live in.

[–]SiotRucks0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

You shouldn't. That's the only one we have. Also don't believe in this "everything is going to shit"-propaganda. Even if it were true -its not- you can't change anything about that and you will only become unhappy. Btw have you even read my comment? That post is very surely sarcasm.

[–]sneakzalot0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

If you volunteer to clean the gutters and cut the grass then I won’t mind doing whatever else

[–]69noah4200 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I agree with the first sentence, but the second is stupid

[–]TankertBoi0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Agree with the first bit about the equal chores, not the second but tho

[–]azoz2O150 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Men work longer hours, are more likely to ask for raises, take less time off, are more competitive, are more likely to take risks, prioritize earnings more than women, retire at a later age, work more dangerous jobs, and work higher paying jobs. Those are 9 reasons why men are better providers.

[–]Plof10 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

This is literally the same logic used to oppress women in the 50s

[–]Retro1090 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

The first sentence is correct. Just the first one though...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
