TLDR: got girls number after approaching. Set up date on Tuesday for the weekend at a time of day when I had free time. Received a text (shortened version) "unfortunately her family made plans and can't make it, hopefully we can make plans another time and a thanks with a smiley face (bitches love smiley faces).

Is it best to let her initiate to set plans or should I just no contact for a bit, lead and and try to set something up again?
