Yup, true. It's not just the entitlement, it's that women are weaker creatures generally, and so they have to orient toward safety and security. That's a biological imperative for them. Whereas men are stronger and more willing to take risks.

And as you said, it has to do with the quality of their "thinking," too. They tend to be driven by emotions rather than facts, and fear is one of the strongest emotions. So they go with that.

I think they like the drama, too.

In addition, there's a political component, in that most women are Democrats and so are more inclined to be plugged into the media-driven fearful narrative.

It's amusing to me that it's unclear whether you're talking about women freaking out about others not wearing a mask or women freaking out when they're forced to wear one.

I assumed the former, but others in this thread are assuming the latter.

Also, this really isn't true. Plenty of men and women are having freakouts in both directions.
