It is the result of hypergamy. It makes it so men keep getting better and better while women stay close to the same with only minor changes between generations.

They're definitely more insecure than men. That's why they're making the push to normalize all of their bad behaviors and actions. Otherwise, they'd be *gasp* criticized...
