Beautiful article. Although I am sure it's true that late stage women with degrees are a bit more screwed than late stage women without a degree/career but the source of the problem is the same - degree or not, they are punching above their weight class. So it's pointless and redundant to keep calling out the 'career women'. It only serves to pat the 'career women' on the back one more time. They all say 'we were told we could have it all', and basically the article keeps subliminally doing the same thing.

Women want children. They always want children. They want children more than a career. At one point, sooner or later, they want children. They just wanted everything 100% on their terms. They never learned how to be democratic and negotiable with men.

Hahahah the “of course not all do” line is the greatest part of this article. Even when spelling the doom of the modern woman’s reproductive prospects they feel the need to toss them a bone.

We have a society where no matter what decision a woman makes, she’s brave and powerful. Yet, from a woman’s perspective, if a man chooses what’s best for his own life, he’s selfish and maybe a misogynist.
