Hi guys. I have realized the solution to my approach anxiety (not even anxiety, just not able to approach women I think are good looking) is doing small incremental challenges (this can be called exposure therapy or something)

thing is my plan is to go out alone, and I need to get to the habit of doing so. BUT! I don't go out because I don't believe I'm able to approach, therefore I thought maybe I need some 'challenges' that in the long run will help me with socializing without fear. for example start with asking 5 people the time, then only good looking girls, etc.

But I don't really know how to progress further. I want to have like a challenge every day that is going to be a little harder than the previous day. I know that will help me change my character and become more confident, so I'm asking if anyone knows about challenges I could do, that are not too hard - so I can be consistent with it and make going out alone a habit.
