Make it casual and accidental rather than formal and purposeful.

If you do have to quickly call them out while they’re walking, etc., the more commanding and dominant you are, the less needy it is and will seem like you’re just picking the fruit that was in front of you rather than actively hunting something to eat.

For example: RSD Max has clips where he literally stands in front of the girl and demands she end her phone call to talk with him. You can’t get much more extreme/dickhead than this without breaking the law; but because he’s playful, charming, and continues to hold a commanding frame, they go with it.

I am a believer in cold approach. I've enjoyed success from daygame.

However aren't we essentially breaking frame in a way by cold approach?

of course not, unless you want to become a RP robot. I enjoy women. I see a woman who has something which interests me, I have to confidence to approach and qualify a little. I'm not breaking frame, I am attempting to bring her into mine. This is where qualifying is important. If you break frame, and internally think 'I MUST have her number...I NEED her validation'. Yes, you have broken frame. It's why I don't go on 'the lookout'...but approach only when I'm in strong frame, and just want to see if she's worth my time.

not needy at all, unless you act needy. Hell, I'm cool with the approach going either way.

because a high value man, doesn't mind going after what he wants. Again, why qualifying is important.

This is a mental block which is starting to form in my mind.

stop over thinking. You're thinking your way out of approaching. You may head towards RP robot status. 'I cannot EVER approach a woman, because RP tells me I will be low status'.

Now I only approach if she is absolutely my type, or has a juicy ass and looks my age (I'm 21).

Everyone has needs, it is a fact of life. Needs of friendship, shelter, safety, and, of course, intimacy. It is not needy to seek out ways to get these needs met. It is what men do. Even if you have the perfect women who please you just how you want/need, some part of you will still be evaluating other prospects. This is normal.

Now, when it becomes a problem and true neediness is when you need that specific, singular woman to fulfill that need. Instead of looking at that woman as being the sole way to get your needs met, have the mindset that you already have your needs met but are evaluating her to see if she's good enough to replace one of your women/woman and have a taste of your life. After all, she very well may be crazy, boring, bad person, annoying voice, etc. Remember, you are the prize.

The opposite of neediness isn't to not approach women. It's to approach them confidently and in your own frame.

I'd put this differently.

With a high value mindset, you go about your day normally - assuming you have lots to do - and if you happen to cross paths with a girl that catches your eye, you approach and lead the interaction.

The key difference here is that you don't go out with the sole purpose of approaching. It's an addition to your life, like women are supposed to be.

This is the opposite of thirst and scarcity. Keep doing this. Have standards.

You’re not breaking frame but it is a sign of neediness. And women rather fuck someone they know than someone new. Which is why I stopped cold approach and just started focusing on my mission. But there will be some girls that will throw major iois. They break their own frame by doing so. Those are the ones I approach. Never freely give out your attention and validation to women. Unless you’re a newcomer trying to get experience/confidence. (which I don’t think you’re a newcomer)

yeah approaching is a little “needy” but it’s necessary for the interaction to happen. so it’s more of a necessity than neediness. besides saying it appears needy might just be an excuse to not approach.
