There are no exceptions as it’s not the girl, it’s the man: it’s simply AWALT under the right circumstances.

You can be in a LTR with a girl for 5 years. For 4 years, she can be great to you but in the last year when you start to either deteriorate and fuck up your behaviour or not recognise the need to enhance your behaviour to prevent her emotions becoming accustomed to said behaviour, she then cheats/branch swings to replace what you stopped giving her.

People here may say AWALT to rationalise her actions but the actual reason for her actions is due to the guy fucking up in some way, not the girl.

Of course there are "keepers" out there (whatever that means to you, exactly). We'll assume that what you mean is an attractive girl who isn't a total hoebag and has a charming, feminine demeanor. But guess what? Those girls want an Alpha as much as their peers, and they're in a better position to actually get it because they're so rare and high value. I wrote a post about this dynamic recently. It's on YOU to become the guy that those girls want.

If you think that girl will appreciate your weak Beta qualities so you can just retire from the sexual marketplace, kick back, and crack open a few beers every night...no, those girls don't exist.

That's what AWALT is really about. It's not about all women being lying conniving dirtbags.

Degrees of AWALT. All women have the same base instincts but it does not mean all women are out clubbing fucking a different guy every night and racking up instagram followers with softcore porn selfies.

It does mean however every woman if bored of you enough or sick of you enough will start looking for a branch as you show yourself to be boring or unreliable. It does mean they all crave attention.

Yes there are some worthy but there are no unicorns and they are not special. There is no soul mates there are many women adequately attractive, behaved, and capable of raising children if you do your part.

Depends on what you want in life. Some girls will settle as their looks fade and they become more dependent on you because they can't get any better. But is that what you really want? It becomes a question of what you want vs what you can have

Yes. Not guaranteed to last forever, not achievable unless you’re desirable, not impossible for tough times between you to strike regardless, not a majority of women.
