There's a difference between being an extrovert vs introvert and being outgoing vs shy. You can be outgoing as an introvert and sociable as an introvert.

Nothing is wrong with being an introvert - we don't get to pick. Being an extrovert makes gaming a lot easier of course, because natural, easy conversation makes getting laid easier, and TRP is about sexual strategy (among other things).

For introverts, this is more of a learned skill. That said, one of my long-time friends is an introvert, but also really skilled at slaying poon. It didn't come easy for him, and some of his techniques seem contrived to me, but they work for him.
