My LTRs old boss messaged her out of the blue asking her how she was. She told me that he started talking crap about me once she brought up that she has a BF now after he asked questions about me.

She told me everything, particularly how he was looking for a way to trash where im from etc.

I mean, to me, it goes without saying, its obvious that hes jealous or upset about the situation and is kind lashing out to a guy he doesn't even know.

However, i'm not sure how i'm best to react to this when she told me.

what is the best procedure? Agree and amplify?
